How do volume tiers work?
Seat pricing is graduated, like tax brackets: your first 10 seats (3-seat minimum) bill at $129, seats 11–25 at $109, 26–50 at $99 and every seat from 51 at $89 (monthly rates; annual is lower). Adding a seat never lowers the price of the seats you already have — your bill only ever moves by the rate of the seat you add.
What counts as a client tenant?
Only Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace connections meter by tenant, because each client is a separate tenant with its own estate cache, nightly refresh and token spend. Every other connector — your PSA, RMM, documentation tool and the rest — is a single-instance connection covering all of your clients at no extra charge, no matter how many client tenants sit behind it.
Why is there a 3-seat minimum?
Switchboard bills per technician seat with a 3-seat floor ($387/mo, or $3,564/yr on annual), so a one- or two-tech shop still pays the 3-seat floor. Every seat is a full seat — Ask, Browse, skills and per-org memory — so the floor buys real headroom to add technicians as you grow.
What happens after the trial?
The trial runs 14 days. Card required. Nothing is charged until day 14; cancel any time before. Connect your stack, ask real questions, see real answers — nothing is deleted while you decide.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Switchboard is month-to-month unless you choose annual billing. Cancel from your billing settings and you keep access through the end of the current billing period — no cancellation fee, no call required.
Do I pay per task or per call?
No. Seats and client tenants are the only two meters. Ask as much as you like, from the app or from your own AI; nothing is counted per task, per call or per endpoint.
