MSPStuff Sub-processors

Last updated:

AutomatedMSP, LLC, doing business as MSPStuff, uses the service providers below to run the Service. Each one processes personal data only to provide its service to us, under a contract that requires it to protect that data. How we handle data is explained in our Privacy Policy at https://www.mspstuff.io/privacy.

We update this page before adding a new sub-processor that handles Customer Data.

AI model providers

These providers run the AI models our engine uses to answer questions in the MSPStuff web app. They receive the question and the data needed to answer it, limited to what the asking Member is permitted to see.

When a Customer connects its own AI assistant (for example Claude, ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot) to our MCP server, that assistant's provider is not our sub-processor. It processes data under the Customer's own agreement with it.
