Each platform on the board is an MCP server MSPStuff hosts — the standard way to hand an AI model real tools. Its AI skills teach the model what that platform's data means to an MSP: what a stale agent looks like, which patch states matter, where the audit trail lives.
When you ask a question, Switchboard uses those servers and answers with figures traced to the actual tool calls behind them — you can audit every number back to the API response it came from.
Credentials stay yours, scoped by you. Nothing installs on an endpoint, and writes — on the few platforms that allow any — are separate, explicit grants. The rest are read-only by construction.

What are AI skills?
Skills are packaged instructions and tools for a specific job. MSPStuff builds them for the platforms an MSP actually runs — 897 skills and 122 vetted playbooks across 14 platforms so far — each one documented on its platform's page, down to what it reads and what it can never touch.
Do I need a separate AI account to use these?
No. Use Switchboard from your browser without bringing a separate AI account. Or connect a supported client you already use, such as ChatGPT from OpenAI, Claude, Copilot or Cursor, to the same read-only tools, scoped by your admin.
Is there an MCP server for my platform?
Yes. Every live platform on the board is an MCP server MSPStuff hosts and operates, and your team can connect your own AI to all of them through one endpoint. Every figure in an answer is traced to the real tool call that produced it.
Can I see the full skill list before connecting anything?
Yes — that's the point of the board below. Every platform page lists each skill in plain English — what it reads — alongside the playbooks it has been taught, plus an equally plain statement of what the integration cannot do.
What is an MCP server?
MCP — the Model Context Protocol — is the open standard AI assistants use to call tools. An MCP server exposes a system's data as tools an AI can call with your permission. MSPStuff hosts one per platform, read-only by default, and every answer a session gives is traced to the tool call behind it.
How do I connect my own AI?
Open Connect your AI in Switchboard, choose your supported client and follow its setup instructions. ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot and Cursor reach the same MSPStuff endpoint, with access controlled by your admin.
What data can my AI access through the MSPStuff connector?
Only what your admin scoped for you, per person and per domain — the same read-only tools a Switchboard session uses, nothing else. Every answer is traced to the real tool call that produced it.
