AI, connected to every system you run. Safely. Privately.

Ask in plain English, in our app or inside the AI you already use. Built on vetted MSP skills and playbooks, with read-only access and traceable tool calls. Nothing to install and no API keys handed to techs.

16 platforms · 969 skills · 137 playbooks live today · Datto RMM and Hudu in flight · Read-only by default

Work with something we don’t support yet? We’ll add it for free. If it has an API we can reach, the integration, skills and playbooks are on us.

TL;DR

Stuff you care about.

  1. 01

    What does it do?

See what needs attention across your clients without opening six consoles. Find devices missing protection, licenses you’re paying for but not using, and tickets going stale. Turn those answers into reports, dashboards and scheduled checks, then inspect the source data behind them. Use Switchboard directly or the AI your team already uses.

  2. 02

How is this different from a chatbot or connecting my tools to ChatGPT?

The engineering is in the skills, playbooks and controls behind the conversation. We build and test platform-specific skills, vet playbooks for real MSP work, and make the underlying tool calls inspectable. Your admin controls access, credentials stay server-side, and your MSP’s data stays isolated within Switchboard. You can use that same controlled access from ChatGPT or another supported client.

  3. 03

    Is it secure?

Start with read-only access, scoped to what each person is allowed to see. External AI connections have read-only access to your platforms. Any change a platform could make is held back — refused by our server before anything reaches the platform — until a person switches it on, and nothing is switched on today. Every Switchboard turn runs in a temporary sandbox, and the security workup explains the controls and how we test them.

  4. 04

    Is this vibe coded?

Building a landing page without AI today makes about as much sense as doing your accounts without a calculator. Use the tools.

  5. 05

    What happens to my data?

We store connected-system caches, session history, saved artifacts, memory and job records. The execution sandbox is temporary; your saved work is not. The data section explains where each lives, how access is controlled and how to request removal.

  6. 06

How much is it, and how long am I locked in?

Dedicated from $1,386/mo, including three users, your server and database. Hosted from $387/mo for three users, available through five. Dedicated is required for six through ten users; above ten, talk to Brian. Month-to-month, no contract. Cancel any time from your billing settings and keep access to the end of the period. Annual billing is cheaper if you want it, never required.

  7. 07

    What about usage and tokens?

Dedicated includes all platforms and all Switchboard usage, with no extra token charges, per-question fees or usage top-ups. Reasonable rate limits per user and platform prevent abuse. Hosted includes up to 5 connected platforms, 50 questions per team per day, 3 concurrent sessions, 5 scheduled report runs per week and refreshes every 6 hours. Both packages process requests privately, with your MSP’s data isolated and no separate token bill. Your own AI client’s subscription is separate.

  8. 08

Is there an onboarding fee or a setup delay?

On Dedicated, your EdgeKeeper Server and database are provisioned at signup. No onboarding fee and no separate setup wait. Connect your systems and get started.

  9. 09

    Can I see it?

Soon. A sandbox against a synthetic MSP, every platform wired up and nothing of yours attached, is built and being proved. You'll get a two-day pass by email when it opens.

    Sandbox opens soon
  10. 10

    Can I try it?

Yes. 14 days free on the Hosted plan, against your own environment. Card on file, nothing charged until day 14, cancel before and pay nothing. Hosted includes up to 5 connected platforms, 50 questions per team per day, 3 concurrent sessions, 5 scheduled report runs per week and refreshes every 6 hours. Your organization’s access and data are isolated. Dedicated includes your own server and database, provisioned at signup, and is required from six users. No onboarding fee. The trial starts with a beta application today, and accepted MSPs get half off seats and client tenants for the first year; dedicated infrastructure is priced separately.

Security comes first

Meet EdgeKeeper.
It guards the edges.

EdgeKeeper is software we created to guard the boundaries between AI, your data, and your connected systems. Security is a design requirement, from the first connection to every tool call.

Read the full security workup
  • Read-only tools by default

Your connected systems can be read without being changed. Write capabilities require explicit permission and approval for the specific call.

    Review this control
  • Scoped access. Isolated execution.

Organization and member permissions scope access. Every turn runs in a fresh sandbox, with tool traffic passing through an allow-list proxy.

    Review this control
  • Vaulted credentials. Traceable calls.

Connector credentials stay out of the browser. Tool calls leave a record, so your team can trace an answer back to its source.

Your dedicated EdgeKeeper Server and database

On Dedicated, your EdgeKeeper Server and database are provisioned at signup. No onboarding fee and no separate setup wait. Connect your systems and get started. Your data and the knowledge built around your business stay yours.

Server and database are included with Dedicated. Sign-in, billing, and the job queue remain on our shared control plane.

Your systems. One connected picture.

Your PSA, RMM, Microsoft 365, backup, network and billing each hold a piece of every client — and none of them talk to each other. Switchboard connects AI to all of them at once, on private infrastructure that changes nothing, and answers with the skills of someone who has run every one of those consoles for years. Then ask Grace, your in-app guide, for an AI agent for any job, as many as you want.

Beyond chat

Stuff you can do besides just chat.

Ask for the thing, not just the answer. Everything below lands in your Library, traced like everything else.

Skills we build and test

We engineer the platform connections and skills around real MSP jobs. That includes testing API behavior, permission boundaries and failure cases, and documenting what each skill can read and do.

Playbooks we vet

We check the instructions against the tools and data available, using tests and live-platform checks to find and correct gaps. Playbooks guide what to investigate, how to cross-check it and where the evidence runs out.

Privacy and control built in

Your admin grants access per person and platform. Credentials stay server-side, your MSP’s data is isolated, and tool calls are traceable. Read-only today: any change is refused by our server until a person switches it on, and nothing is switched on.

Money left on the table

Every client is paying for seats nobody holds, and every vendor bill has something on it that wasn't there last month. Switchboard reads the license side of Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Pax8, Cisco Meraki, Webroot and ConnectWise ScreenConnect, so the question is one sentence.

  • Which Microsoft 365 SKUs have seats paid for but not assigned, per client?
  • What's on the next Pax8 invoice that wasn't on the last one?
  • Which Meraki licenses expire in the next 90 days?

Standardization

Your standard says every managed device gets the RMM agent, endpoint protection, backup and remote control. Switchboard knows which client is which across every platform, so you can ask where the standard isn't met, client by client, and put the answer on a Monday schedule.

  • Which Acme devices are in NinjaOne but have no Axcient backup?
  • Which clients are missing ConnectWise ScreenConnect coverage?
  • Which computers have no ImmyBot deployment coverage at all?

AI Agents

An AI agent for any job. Just ask.

Once your systems are connected, tell Grace, your in-app guide, the job you want done. She sets up the agent (name, brief, which Space it works in, which systems it may read) and you confirm. Make as many as you want. Each one is read-only and keeps notes on what it learns.

Elena, Maya, Diana, Nadia, Hector and Ines are six of twelve examples we've designed for you. Describe one like them to Grace, or describe your own. →

When you want it to do things, that runs on a dedicated EdgeKeeper Server. Any change a platform could make is held back — refused by our server before anything reaches the platform — until a person switches it on, and nothing is switched on today.

Bring your own AI

Same operator. Your AI.

Connect the AI your team already uses to MSPStuff once, and the same read-only platform tools appear there, plus running and creating reports if the role allows — every platform on your board, every answer traced. The engineered skills and access controls come with you. Your admin decides, per person and per platform, what is reachable that way. Included in every seat.

What’s live

16 platforms live today. Click into any of them.

Each one is a hosted MCP server with its own page: what it answers, every skill and playbook behind it, and how to connect it. The rest are being patched in, in the open — the AI for MSPs sheet has the wider picture. Every live one is read-only today; the security page sets out how access is secured, and the pricing page shows what it costs.

Running something that isn’t on the board? We’ll add it — free.

If it has an API we can reach, we build the integration, its skills and its playbooks at no charge, and every MSP on the platform gets them. Growing this library is the part of the job we like most.

A personal commitment

Built by someone who understands the assignment.

I’ve spent my career behind the scenes in MSPs, doing network engineering and specializing in automation and security. I’ve put that experience and care into building EdgeKeeper because I understand the responsibility that comes with connecting to your clients’ systems.

I built this to help you find wasted spend, understand your MSP and put AI to useful work. I bring the MSP experience, and I am responsible for what ships.

Have questions about security, how it works, or what it could do for your MSP? Reach out. I’ll explain it myself.
