The operator for your whole stack.
Ask a question. Switchboard patches it into your systems, works the tools, and comes back with an answer you can audit — every figure traced to a real tool call.
Capabilities
Everything on this sheet is shipping.
Estate cache
Switchboard keeps a live map of your environment — clients, agents, servers — so it already knows what you run before you ask.
Answers you can audit
Every figure in an answer traces back to a named tool call against your systems. No invented ticket counts, no vibes.
Per-org memory
It remembers your environment's quirks — the naming conventions, the client that's always the exception — per organization, not globally.
Skills that sharpen
Playbooks for common investigations that the engine refines as it works your environment.
Findable history
Full-text search and tags across every past conversation — the answer you got in March is still an asset in August.
Platform coverage
One board. Every platform patched in.
Statuses below are the real state of the board — not a roadmap slide.
Trust & safety
Built to be let in.
Read-only by default
The read-only tiers are wired through read-only tools. Switchboard can look anything up and change nothing.
Per-agent access tokens
Each platform agent authenticates with its own scoped token — no shared master credential.
Vaulted credentials
Credentials live server-side in a credential vault. Nothing sensitive ships to the browser.
Writes are a decision
Write access exists only on the managed tier, designed and operated with you — never a default.

Field notes
What can it touch in my environment?
Nothing, by default. The read-only tiers are wired through read-only tools — Switchboard can look anything up but cannot change anything. Write access exists only on the managed tier, where we build and operate it with you.
How does it authenticate?
Per-agent access tokens, scoped to what each agent needs and stored server-side in a credential vault. Your credentials never live in the browser.
Which platforms work today?
Live on the board today: ConnectWise Automate, ConnectWise PSA, ConnectWise Asio, ConnectWise ScreenConnect, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Pax8, Cisco Meraki, Webroot, Xero, Axcient x360Recover, Ninety, and ImmyBot. In flight: Datto RMM, NinjaOne, and Hudu. Every one of them has a page showing exactly what it can answer and what it can't.
How do answers stay honest?
An accuracy guard traces every figure in an answer to a tool result from your systems. If the data didn't come back from a real call, it doesn't go in the answer.
What does the managed tier actually get me?
A dedicated brain server and database for your org, write access so the engine can act on tickets and systems, and automations we design and run for your workflows — under a managed agreement.
