What can it touch in my environment?

Nothing, by default. The read-only tiers are wired through read-only tools — Switchboard can look anything up but cannot change anything. Write access exists only on the managed tier, where we build and operate it with you.

How does it authenticate?

Per-agent access tokens, scoped to what each agent needs and stored server-side in a credential vault. Your credentials never live in the browser.

Which platforms work today?

Live on the board today: ConnectWise Automate, ConnectWise PSA, ConnectWise Asio, ConnectWise ScreenConnect, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Pax8, Cisco Meraki, Webroot, Xero, Axcient x360Recover, Ninety, and ImmyBot. How do answers stay honest?

An accuracy guard traces every figure in an answer to a tool result from your systems. If the data didn't come back from a real call, it doesn't go in the answer.
