Ninety EOS Agent

Ninety in Switchboard. Review AI skills, playbooks, access limits and setup requirements before connecting your MSP systems.

How the Ninety integration works

Ninety is where an EOS-run MSP keeps score of itself: the rocks each leader committed to this quarter, the issues list nobody’s gotten to yet, the to-dos out of last week’s Level 10, and the scorecard that’s supposed to catch a slipping number before it becomes a client-facing problem. All of that is real, current, and normally behind a login only the leadership team bothers to open. Connect it here and a session reads the whole operating system at once — which rocks are off track and who owns them, what’s overdue on whose to-do list, which measurables missed goal last week. Switchboard connects through an MSPStuff-hosted MCP server, so there’s nothing to install and no API keys to hand your techs. Read-only today. No credential we issue carries a write scope. Any change the integration could make in Ninety is held back — refused by our server before anything reaches Ninety — until a person switches it on, and nothing is switched on today.

Hosted and external AI connections provide read-only access. Guidance, shared playbooks and automations we release for everyone are included with Dedicated. Bespoke automation builds are scoped separately. Any change a platform could make is held back — refused by our server before anything reaches the platform — until a person switches it on, and nothing is switched on today. Vendor consent does not switch any change on.

Read-only today. No credential we issue carries a write scope. Any change the integration could make in Ninety is held back — refused by our server before anything reaches Ninety — until a person switches it on, and nothing is switched on today. The credential is a Personal Access Token you generate in Ninety, and it acts as the person who generated it — that person’s own in-app role and team memberships, nothing more — so everything a session sees is exactly what its owner could see in Ninety, and every read is attributed to them. Revoke it in Ninety to disconnect access. Your data remains yours; we host and operate the server and software, and store the connection credential encrypted on our servers.

How it has been taught to work it

Playbooks are the vetted techniques a session loads for this platform — what to check, in what order, and what a number means before it is reported.

  • Company health check — cross-team leaderboard, issue aging, milestone rollup"How are we doing company-wide", "who's behind across the whole company", a leadership pre-read spanning every team, "how stale is the issues list", "what milestones are we missing" asked at company scope rather than about one team.

  • L10 prep — a one-page pre-read for the Weekly"Prep me for [team]'s next Weekly/L10", meeting pre-read, "what should we cover in the meeting", getting a team ready for its Level 10.
